| So as some of you know I decided to get a bit nutty with the 70 Coronet. I decided to add cutouts on my exhaust. Its actually my plan to get things set up for when I decide to put the stroker engine in this car sometime in couple years. Well anyway I had Nate over at his new shop put them on and tune the set up. Here is a couple things to know the Coronet.
The Coroent when dyno tuned before made a respectable 304 hp, and 416 lb of torque.
Well after changing out my carb to the Holley carb and opening up the dumps the car made 327 HP with 421 lbs of torque.
So anyway for a little bit of exhaust work and placement of my Holley I gained 24 hp of horsepower. and broadened out my torque ban.
Anyway not even close to the big dogs on here, but still I thought it was neat.
Nate again was very helpful and willing to go above and beyond in the pursuit of collector gaskets and stayed late to help me get it set up.

| Yeah, I was really happily suprised what it gained David. The coronet is kind of portly at 3960 lb with me in it.
Logan, I hope from a dig she does all right. I've put a lot of work in her over this summer to make it more ready for the drags.
Anyway, I think it sounds really cool, plus it's a fairly cheap mod and one that I was suprised yielded any signifigant benefit.

| I knew this was coming No!!! I actually thought about it a bit and Steve talked about it for a second my pistons kind of follow the theme of the car, and are rather portley and probably wouldn't stand up to it. I actually am not real interested in windowing this block anytime soon.

| The colored lines are the first pull, the dotted lines after the headers were uncapped.

Yeah that Holley looked outstanding when we got it all hooked up and ready to go. At sometime we should move those Afr's up and see how it looks with the headers uncorked. Mike | |
