| Thanks everyone. Too answer a few question.
The car does have rear mods caltracs, frame connectors, and drag radials.
The cam I have is a little better then stock comp xe 268 cam.
I appreciate the feedback, the easiest plan is to throw in my 3:91 gear set up and give it a whirl.

| Do the gear swap an take it back to the track. When you launch are you foot braking, or just flashing the converter? | |

I have done both. I have foot braked it up to a point 1700 and just flashed it. Too me it feels like it jumps out better under flashing the converter.

mike With the different gears you might have to do the opposite. With my old 10 second car, it would launch better if i brought it up to around 1500 rpms or so and give me 1.4 60's. If i just flashed the converter, it would shock the tires harder and I'd get wheel spin and a lower 60' and higher et. | |

| Who do you folks use to set up rear axle's in Madison? I had some bad luck with a shop who didn't know how to set up my 3:23's right. I'd like someone too look over this unit a bit first before installing it.

| get those 60 foots down mikey!!! wanting to run 12's with a 2.0 sixty foot is asking for a lot. there is no reason with as much torque as you have and a drag radial, you shouldnt be getting 1.6 short times. my buddy with his 431 ci regal gs got low 1.7 short times on radial ta's. | |
