| Hi all Well for a long time Mara and I have been looking for a nice winter vehicle for her and something that could carry some pay load and perhaps in a pinch drag the 70 Coronet. Well we found something we just couldn't pass up. We picked up a 2004 Dodge Dakota extended cab SXT. Its got the 4.7 liter V8, and automatic transmission and only 67,000 miles on it.  Mike | |

| Thank you, I'm sure the coronet is heavier and she will huff and puff a bit, but in a pinch she will work.

LOL, Brian your right I guess the picture is a bit small.
The story behind it is we heard about it from a friend last weekend and decided to check it out. Mara just fell in love with how it ran and rode. Yeah we really like it, not the biggest truck, but it works well and feels good to have soemthing to move stuff.

| Yup, and I'll be game too! The cool thing about message board is being able to make friends and help folks out. I've gotten lots of help from folks on here in times of need, so I certianly can return the favor.

| Good choice of truck it's the updated version of the 2000 i had. Extremely tough truck, I and a lot of people on this board couldn't believe what kind of abuse mine took... The 4.7 is a alright motor good power from the factory, not much of a aftermarket for them expensive if you find anything, but it's getting better.
That little truck might surprise you in how much it actually weighs too. (Mine was around 4600 LBS) | |
