I know everyone hates toyota, they did make the prius and have not had much to be proud of lately so I get why people hate them. Thing is though, they used to have the reputation for being the best for a reason.
My 180k mile ex daily driver totally packed with snow up to the bottom of the header and crank. Engine compartment totally full of snow and has been sitting for three months. Last time it was driven was to go to Illinois and run at the track.
It fired right up immediately and drove right out of the buried in parking spot.

Tenzo Type M. A little snow isn't going to hurt them anymore than rain would in the summer. I don't drive the car, I just had to move it so they can plow.

thats what my whole truck looked like after I creamed a drift in that snow storm. I had to dig out and scrape the ice out of the ribs on each pully to get the serp belt back on.

Ive got another testament to how bossy old toyotas are, well longs story short I was driving down the road going 45 and put it in reverse. Locked the tires up a bit but no damage done to the drivetrain and with 210,000 miles it could still rape matts retta.

Had an old Toyota celica for a winter beater once. The rear tires were spinning on some ice, and as soon as they caught traction on the pavement the spider gears broke in the rear end lol.
