Epic props to the white guy for what, recording this story or making a black kid pick cotton? Its nice to see someone be able to look bad on something like this and laugh. I'm sure the field trip was not meant to be a trip back in time, or a remake of Roots. However, the fella telling the story does a good job of making light of a terrible opression that took place 160 years ago. Its also nice to see people not be so touchy about racism, too. This is how we all get along in life. Most would've thrown a fit, got on the news, then Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton would show up to lead a protest and an innocent teacher would lose there job.
