I'm thinking what you are thinking, dual master with the two foot pedals. you can see his knees moving some when he does turns.

looks like the turning is controlled be the stalk on the steering wheel. you can see it at 24sec and during a few of the turns he has his hand on it. this thing would be a riot on e wash for sure mikey.

watched it again hand throttle on the column looks to be the old auto shifter deal.... steering done by dual pedals at 1:14 ish he is turning it both ways with no hands.
