First Modification to the Camaro...

Subject: First Modification to the Camaro... Thu Jun 30, 2011 10:09 pm

I decided that the interior needed a bit of updating on the Camaro, so I ordered a set of Mcnord Gauge overlays this afternoon. The basic layout is this:

As far as color, I decided to go with a dark blue w/gradient shadow background, the same fonts as above and "Z28" and 383 scripts in the spaces near the bottom of the Tach and Speedometer.

The overall effect is something like this:

First Modification to the Camaro... Dhday

First Modification to the Camaro... Dhday

only in blue. I'll probably just stick with white back lighting for now, but its fairly easy to change that later on. I'll also order the HVAC, Shifter bezel, and Headlight Bezel at some point in the future to match.

What do you guys think?

Cool, it will be interesting to see it once it is set. i personally would of went with Blue it matches the theme for the car better to me.

Ummm.... I did Mikey. LOL I went with a dark blue that fades out to black at the edges, kind of like the red one above. Smile

I just put that picture as a reference to show what that effect looked like.

LOL yeah, and I'll be using true white LED's to backlight it all. I might do blue if it turns out okay.
