| Saab is gone, picked this up not too long ago It is the 1.8T 225 HP quattro. Has a few issues I need to work out, but any used car will be that way. I am loving it so far. The handling is amazing as well. I will add more to the thread once I do more mods. Right now it just has a boost guage, intake, pully, Gutted exhaust, bov. I will miss the saab but I realize how much better the audi is in almost every aspect. Not to mention 100x more aftermarket. |

| I may have an aftermarket headunit trim piece floating around for that car somewhere. If you want it I can check, and you can have it. | |

Doesn't "Quattro" mean AWD? according to google... yes. Oh wow never mind. Checked the Wiki for them and they did come in awd. I looked at them a few years ago and all I could find were the fwd ones so I guess I just assumed :/

| Hmm. I dono. I'm kinda more into the Saab. But I do enjoy the visual of the TT. Kinda small for me tho. I'm sure the price was right. Nice upgrade. Can't wait to see more of it. | |

| Its a 6 speed 225HP Quattro so it is AWD. I have a few issues with the haldex controller right now but Im getting that figured out right now. Downpipe + tune and I will be in the high 200 range Quick little car, the interior is soooo much better and the mercedes recaros that come in them are amazing. A few small things I have to fix up from the dumb previous owners (2) |

Shift knob looks like 6! these goofy fuckers have R by 1 regardless of whether it's a 5 or 6, and there's a glare where 6 would be so that's why I had to ask haha

Not having fwd, more hp and interior quality alone made the decision Not to mention the shifter and no autotragic. |

| don't know if you have heard of the site vwvortex.com but its a big vw audi fourm. lots of useful info on there. and nice choice, they are dependable but with the 1.8t be prepared to deal with vacuum leaks like crazy. thats really the only major problem with this engine. |

Doesn't "Quattro" mean AWD? The AWD TT, Golf R32, and Volvo S60R use Haldex. It favors the front wheels havily until it senses slip, then ups the fluid pressure in the viscous rear diff to help with tractive effort. From the factory it reacts too late and favors the front wheels to heavily to be a solid dig run car. A haldex controller does wonders for this. /end Audi nerd rant

| The saab turbox and new AWD aero use the same system as well.
Eventually I want to get a race haldex controller for 50/50 power. Means alot more maintenance though. |
