Tech Support Specialist @ Esker Inc (Software Company)
Location: West Side
Starting pay: $35k
Perks: Tech Support has a grill they use, we have free booze once and a while.
Knowledge & Requirements:
• BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or previous experience providing technical support with software solutions
• Strong technical skills including database experience (MS SQL or other)
• Operating System experience (Windows primarily)
• Knowledge of networking and connectivity, clustering, multi-user environments, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Exchange a plus
• Scripting experience a plus
• Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills
