Well i didn’t take a lot of pics but here are a few..
First one is of a gtr that went off track (i have no idea how a GTR goes off track in a straight)..
Second one is of a twin turbo ta that could have been the fastest car there but with cold track he said he wasn’t even close to his “full potential”. When I left he was running around 204-207 I think and I’m sure he had a lot more to go we seen the car still spinning the tires well after the ¼.. The guy is friends with the black Camaro that crashed at the Texas mile this year.. This guy said he was shooting for 225-230’s mph.. He wanted to “blow the record out of the water” for the ½ mile..
The gtr owner was a cocky mother fucker, I didn’t feel bad one bit for him.. LOL! The guy with the ta didn’t seem very smart for driving a 2000 hp car.. He also told me he couldn’t keep the front end down enough to steer the car down the track.. His fix was ADDING WEIGHT TO THE FRONT END OF THE CAR! (That’s what he is doing in the picture). I seen right away he had limiter chains on the front control arms…. They were like 3in long!! I’m no drag race guy but I wanted to tell the guy to add longer chains.. Maybe help keep the front tires on the ground and not just carrying the front tires all the way down the track..??
