Killing time at my last day of work(New job on Monday!!!) and the car bug has continued its bite since last fall.... my wife won't let me sell it and I have tried so I guess... Smile

Right at the beginning of fall I did a 99% suspension upgrade. It would have been 100% but that god awful company Pedders fucked me. Worst consumer transaction I have ever experienced in my 36 years on this earth. BC coil overs, all suspension & steering bushings, and a front sway bar went in. Totally changed the car, tons of fun!

Over the winter I have been collecting some more parts with my final order being placed today. What I get to install here pretty soon once it warms up a bit more and I actually get some free time(Black belt testing has consumed the last 2 months and I have 4 more to months to go, stressed and edgy is the only way to put it)-

Eh stuff-
Annual complete detail... good riddance winter!
Annual complete fluid overhaul... boo, so much money for nothing fun
Trans pan with a drain plug(Derale)... about damn time I get one
Front pads(Hawk HPS)... made it 2 years after my dba/Hawk/Russel brake upgrades
Adjustable rear sway bar(WhiteLine)... still bitter about the whole deal from Pedders
Trans cooler(B&M)... over kill for header install but I do see a stall at some point in my future
Power steering cooler(Derale)... over kill for header install but paranoid about the clearance issues with the rack

Fun stuff-
Long tubes(Kooks 1 3/4 w/ Jet Hot polished ceramic coating)... damn excited
Catted mids(Kooks)... no troubles from the popo
Tires(Dunlop Direzza ZII)... I ran the ZI before, excited to try out their new offering. I almost got the BFG Rivals but I didn't want to deal with their tread splitting issues

Slowly but surely the car is becoming what I want... reliable, zippy, not feel like a boat in the corners, and just fun. It did see its last winter since 2009, so that is another cool mile stone for me also. DD for the summer yet, but she will be retired to just a nice day fun cruiser after that.... you all thought it was clean before... should have seen it when I was storing it Wink

Coolness on the car man. I'm glad you're keeping it, it's always easy to pick you out in a crowd. Congratulations on the new job too!
