Thanks guys! The car was purchased new in 86 by my father, I acquired it 8 years ago. As it sits it only has 79,xxx miles on it. At 34, xxx mile the original 302 was pulled and replaced with a 351. I bought the car with the 351 and after a valve dropped and destroyed the entire engine, I swapped in a 408! I am also replacing the T-5 with a C4 and It should be back on the road in 3-4 weeks!!!!!! Here is a pic of the new motor.

Very nice Mustang. I don't think I've seen one look.....like that before. It has a unique stance to it. Nice build. Welcome.

You sure don't see a lot of them. I had a friend I went thru apprenticeship with that had a black '85 w/a 351 swap. His car had T-tops, and to this day its only 1 of a handful I can remember seeing in person.

Worked with a guy in high school that drove the exact same car as you. Only it always had beer and fat chics in the back seat.....
