i need a stock speed3 turbo!

anyone kno where i can get a hold of a used speed3 turbo?? condition doesnt really matter cuz its gonna be rebuilt anyway...

nice, not sure if I would 100% pick that for the best turbo with the automatic but cant wait to see how she turns out.

Well here is a question I have. Ask Peter (PeteMS3), my knowledge of turbo stuff is about the level of a 4th grader, but here is what I'd like to know, could a person buy a used turbo, take it apart, gut it, and someway add bigger components, so in essence its bigger while still retaining a stock look? I mean kind of like a stroker kit on a engine.

Get in contact with Ken from http://www.protegegarage.com/ if anything he will be able to hunt one down for you and get it rebuilt.

no, not with out increasing the size of the compressor housings, in essence "changing the turbo"

I don't think it's somthing that can usually be done. AMS did a custom fab of a super popular turbo.

look on mazdaspeedforums.org and mazdas247.com or mazda3forums.com put up a WTB add...

i just had one like 1 1/2 months ago but sold it for $125.... lots of K04s on ebay some for $100 check it out
