Finally working on my car again, stupid heat!!

Yeah my bad, I meant the disk. The only thing I can do to lower it is to attempt to lower the front subframe. The trans weighs at least 100lbs and my car is not very high off the floor. I am no powerhouse either. Getting stronger every time I try though! lol

Thanks Nate. I think I am going to unbolt the front subframe to drop the engine down lower. Won't be today though, I am sore as hell from wrestling with this thing.

so heres your build thread. pulling the engine is much less hassle than doing it that way. if i ever have a choice id rather always pull the whole thing. slap the tranny on and slide it back in(one piece).

I have had my trans out through the bottom at least 4-5 times and never had this much trouble. I think my alignment tool is a hair off, may be time for a fresh one.

There is a damn good chance that pulling the motor would = me not putting it back together. lol

good now get it ready for the super bowl

Done. Drove it in and out of the garage last night. I need to reinstall my center trim, stereo etc. and call it good! Clutch pedal feel is worlds better then the act was.
