Lowering a Ford Ranger Empty

I know someone that's looking to lower their '97 Ford Ranger. They're looking at buying a DJM flip kit. That's supposed to be different I beams up front and a "flip" kit for the rear. Any idea of a place that can install it? Any experience on ride quality after the fact?

Flip kits can cause some axle wrap problems. But I'm doubting that it makes enough power to be an issue.
