2012 Mustang BOSS V.S. 2012 Camaro ZR1

Figured this would bring up some controversy.... Both are badass cars but what are your guys opinion?

I personally like both cars, but would side with the Mustang. Mara and I have really enjoyed the mustang she owns and I really like the newer new edge look. Plus everything I hear about these new coyote 5.0's sounds good.

I think fiero"s are probably one of the shittiest cars ever made and the owners of them are probably all gayer than aids.

Boss 302 hands down will knock the dick off a ZR1 in every area but a roll on race due to the HP diff. But I would say the GT 500 would be a better mustang to compare to the ZR1 as the are both over weight pigs with tons of torque.

Thats alright dude your entitled to your opinion. Ive seen fast Fiero and fast T/A's and do i dare say fast Honda's? its apples and oranges so grow up and quit bagging on me for saying shit about the guy with the GTP. I apologized and i really was only kidding I like GTP's they swap the 3800 s/c motor into Fiero's all the time. Only because the Fiero is lighter not because it looks better thats for sure.

it has a Getrag MT82 that I thought was designed specifically for the '11 V6/GT

Yup and according to GETRAG: Getrag recently entered into two new supply deals with Ford to produce the Dual Clutch PowerShift Transmission[7][8] at new plants in Irapuato, Mexico and the other in Asia Pacific (in Nanchang, Ganzhou and Yudu, China). Production will begin in 2009 for Ford and then an additional DCx volume out of Mexico in 2010.

These are not the old superior GETRAG trans they put in the supras that were made in Germany and are legendarily bulletproof when stock.

The funny thing is I don't even know anyone with a GTP or have the slightest idea what your talking about.

according to chevy they are working on an "answer" to the GT500 with the ZL1 and a track pack camaro to go head to head with the boss. the ZL1 will get the caddy motor and the track pack car is likely to get the LS7 and go on a diet. Hopefully they will be good cars casue the boss is doing WORK and its going to take an awfully good car to beat it.
