IDK mike it is failing.... started to notice that the 2-3 shift was soft and delayed around PB and 69 on the way down to monroe...... did a 1/2-3/4 throttle 2-3 shift passing a car and it reved like it was in neutral then grabbed by the time we got home it was slipping bad in 3rd coming up that small hill by the air port on HWY 51 got stopped at the intersection of 51 and CV for traffic coming out of R&B had to sit through two green lights then it didn't slip as bad the rest of the way home.

yeah with the cooler that i have just driving down the road that aint going ot happen. I have the biggest cool B&M makes, it is like 11X11, and it is not like i have a huge stall that is slipping when going down the road.

What kind of transmission is it? I know they make some really damn strong Turbo 400.

Actually my buddy from up here used to build them for race applications. So if there good enough for 1,000 hp plus off road truck racing. There probably good trannys? But that's just my opinion troll. Laughing

Well anyways back to the task on hand. If this car is going to be doing a lot of drag racing i would go with a power glide. 100 mph in first gear hell yeah.
