| This is a public fight between 2 former business owners. Back story, Big 3 Performance approached Hurst in 2007 to produce a limited edition oh Dodge Challengers with original Vogt kits, superchargers, and a paint job that looked like the Hurst Olds cars of the 70's. They signed non disclosure documents (which prohibited them from using the ideas inthe proposal, or disclosing them to other companies), looked at the proposal, passes on it, then in 2008 brought a car to SEMA that was identical in every way to the car from the proposal (down to the brands of supercharger/headers, everything). Big 3 was sold to a Nee owner that year, and they started on bigger things like the Jim Wangers GTO, but the new owner never sued Hurst. Mo power mo fun is the former owner of Big 3 Subzero05 is the owner of the now defunct Hurst Performance Vehicles Enjoy, the fun starts in pg 11 http://www.challengertalk.com/forums/f5/hurst-makes-major-annoucement-no-longer-accepting-vehicles-production-62138/index11.html | |
