Well i'm sure a few people on here know the car/me. but for those who don't here is a QUICK view of what the car is.
Me and my girlfriend built her first 240 back in 2008, and then we picked this car up in November of 2010 and built this one. We were going to do paint and body work on her old coupe but got some prices of $4000-$6000 to do it. and i thought let's see if we can find a cleaner shel, And this is what i found.
Car was in North Carolina. An Lady bought the car new in 1989 drove it a few thousand miles, and developed cancer she then ended up dieing, her family took the car and drove it once in a while then donated it to the family church for an up coming auction. The car sold to a guy in November 2010 He brought the car home his wife was pissed cause he went there to buy a motorcycle so she made him sell it. He posted the car on Craigslist, and that morning i found it. Next day money was sent via paypal. and a week later car was delivered to Milwaukee.
1989 Nissan 240sx Coupe SE (fully loaded) 5speed, heads up display, full power, sunroof, active sound, etc. 19,5XX when we got it. Which makes it the lowest mileage S13 240sx that is "publicly" known. I've heard rumors of 10,000 and 15,000 mile ones but no one has provided pictures or info.
When we got the car.
Shortly after. (During the build) December 2010-June 2011.
Radiator support replaced due to old radiator leaking and rotting old one out (same with battery tray)
Had a caged welded in at the same time too.
Started working to get the silvia front end on.
Motor went in.
Got the oil, trans and intercooler all rigged up.
Getting closer
Some interior work.

yeah agreed very nice build! My question is with it being so low mileage did you have any regrets of cutting it up and things? I'm curious because in the classic car world that is often a big issue.
The car looks really sweet by the way and to do all of that in your garage! Kudo's to you!

I actually have no decent vids of it up from this year. I have some on my youtube that I will post up. As of now I have zero regrets doing it. I don't think 240sxs will ever reach the mustang gto chevelle collectabilty. And short of the roll cage the car could be put back to stock pretty easy. Thanks for all the comments. It has been a long time coming and only going to get better

Thanks! I have a few friends who have had RB's and i've helped with RB's but when she wanted to build a fun project car she wanted to to remain auto. And i've always been a huge fan of the 2JZ and it's potential not to mention they have a decent automatic that comes with it. Plus as "typical" as it sounds. We wanted something different. not your Typical RB,SR,KA-T,CA,etc.

yes. .4-.5 liters more. More part availability. more local support and knowledge. It's nice if i need something i can usually get it THAT day or the next day pretty much anywhere.

I hate to be the one to tell you this, but stock that car was probably worth 17-20k.

Thanks guys. I suppose i could update this sum.
Car had issues with the magic cock pony ass MapECU that was in the car. That was ripped out in favor of an AEM EMS Version 2. The Dual Walbro 255 fuel pumps were removed for a Sinlge Deatchwerks DW300 (flows about 320-330lph) fuel pump. The 6265 turbo is a GREAT turbo, but i got a killer deal on a brand new Precision 6266 Turbo...So we went ahead and grabbed that. Other then that the car is still pretty much the same, Just some boring upgrades: Better fans, TRD 160 thermo,DIF Fan controller, and a custom powersteering line.
We had the car down in Chicago for a tune a few weeks back, had a fuel pressure issue (Due to stock wiring to the fuel pump) and in the 95-100 degree heat on wastegate spring (14.5psi) The car made 400whp letting out at 5700-6000rpm due to the fuel pressure drop, we usually rev the car to 7200-7300.
Going to be going back in a couple of weeks with the issues fixed and a few more tweeks and hopefully some slightly cooler/less humid weather with the fuel pressure fixed and a boost controller. Then we will be ready to have some fun.

Not much for updates. As always torn apart for winter.
New timing belt/waterpump and tensioners. Doing some re wiring and cleaning up of the engine bay. Threw on some new coilovers. Other then that it's about the same.
