| Fixed my "intercooler pipe blowing off under boost" problem. Boosts 15 psi no problem. | |

| Once I put my intercooler coupler on incorrectly and didn't get it tight because I couldn't see it well. Instead of blowing off my car made this kickass sound like a dying goose above 6 psi. | |

| I recently put on some converted DSM side mounts. One of the pipes was to short so the last person extended it with a pipe that had no lip. Took it to skunk this morning to weld a longer section off of my stock IC to extended it where it needed to be and with a lip from the stock pipe. Now the clamp has something to hold on to. V | |

There are a few but because of the angle of the rear diff and transfer case it is recommended to go with a 2 piece if you still drive it on the street. I found this one for $600 and most of the 1 piece ones are carbon fiber and $1000+ used. - WS_SICK wrote:

It feels a little smoother. I have not had it past 110 so I am not sure if there is any vibration yet. I might have to add a few washers to the studs where the carrier bearing is so it will be a little more level. But for now it feels a lot smoother during acceleration and shifting. Less slop I guess? Not a night and day change though. Once I get the steering rack thing fixed and have it aligned again I will see if there is any vibration then.

| I've never had any issues other than this one and my Y-pipe. And both of those things were because of no lip. I have remedied both at this point and I can hammer on it with no problems.
Thanks for the offer Evan but I don't think its worth the time dicking around for no extra gain. When I get hard-pipes they will come with the t-bolt clamps

| Yeah if the hard pipes come with T bolts there isn't much reason to get extras. Mine do say turbonetics on them though! lol | |

| Got some work done on the car this weekend. AWS delete: Out of the car All the stuff No more stuff, locked in with arms, and plug the hole in the diff Minus 30 lbs! Supposedly this was listed as a 14 hour job to just do the AWS delete. Clearly they are fucking noobs because it took us 8 with time out to go cook some food for lunch and sit down to eat. I managed to balance that whole thing on the jack, lower it out of the car, work on it, and put it back without falling off. | |

Not sure, mine was in perfect condition with no leaks so I saved it without bending anything. I also had an idea to use the thing sitting on the diff which I think is a pump as a cooler for the center diff (just run AN lines up to it which circulate fluid through it). We'll see.
