I forgot how many miles were on his car... But i think its like 130k or something which is kinda high for everything on the car... Trans... Rear Diff.. etc... So honestly the car with the bad motor is probably only worth like around 10k realistically.. Without a motor completely probaably like 8-9k.. and a complete new 2.5l long block(complete with turbo, harness, intake manifold, all crap like that) with reasonable mileage on it is around 3-4k depending on mileage..

And with a new motor with under 100k miles put into it he could probably get like 15 for it.
