It's all good - I will enjoy seeing some of these machines.

BTW, where's the favorite local dyno around here? Never done a dyno run, but have been interested.

Full Boar enterprises in Dodgeville has a dyno, 608-930-7555. Or PM Blown91LX, he is good friends with Lee and Jason out there Cool

I'm going to try and get a group dyno day setup someplace in the area when the weather is better and everyone has their cars out.

Im pretty sure i already had that idea. Lol. Remember it turned into a pissn match with that midwest hybrid dude? Dodgeville isnt that far of a drive. And a big group drive would be a blast anyhow. I vote Fullboar.

I'll go if it's free. I know my car is below 130hp. Doubt it will be free. Sad

No not free. If we could get a bunch of cars up there. I might be able to get us a little better deal.

I vote for Midwest as it's right down the street from me and it's a load bearing dyno. I pretty sure Nate will give us group deals as he has in the past for other clubs I belong to.

I don't think my car would be deemed worthy to go on a dyno. Maybe I'll come at watch though!

Shit Cory, I remember that now lol.

We can start a new thread for arguing about dyno's again. There are a lot of options around here these days.

The Fullboar guys are good shit. They are at alot of local car shows all over the place and help promote the hobby very well.

Don't get all butt hurt. I have a family and limited fun time, I choose to use it wisely. I would rather drive a hour to race all day then drive a hour to dyno cars. Especially when I can go less then two miles down the road for the same thing and probably pay less money for more pulls.

I've never met anyone from or have I been to fullboar, and probably won't, I don't pay other people to work on my stuff. I don't consider them local and I had never heard of them until you guys started promoting them, so I other then there location sucking ass I have no opinion of them.

I'm not getting butt hurt. I really don't care. But to tell the whole forum to go somewheres because it's close to your house doesn't make much sense. If you have limited fun time, i don't care. If you're hardly around then why should we do what you say? Break out of the shell and try something new. I went to Chicago so Speed Inc could show me what they can do. They did a great job. Otherwise i would have never known.

Full boar has never done any work on my cars either but my friends have had them do engine builds and such. I know them through the car show scene. I know that they have been around for more then 12 years so i'm not sure how you have never heard of them before.

I guess if I lived in bumfuck blue mounds I wouldn't care either. Nate's a decent guy, has been in business for over a decade, and has the best dyno in the area period...... and he's close to my house.

how's that?

I don't know anything about dyno's and have never driven any car of mine onto one.

I will say that Nate is a cool guy, he showed me all around his shop one day and talked to me in depth about supra's and what he's done with his. He even gave us a part for Logan's civic for free.

Curt on the other hand was a total douche the one time I met him. He acted like he was just too good to talk to me.

how does nate have the best dyno? because he said so? i dont know nate. He could be a great guy. But after he jumped into my post on mct. And said he heard all this bad stuff about fullboar. I dont care to ever find out what he is like. First impressions mean alot to me. His left a bad taste in my mouth. I wont talk shit about him. But i wont give him one penny of my money either. I will set something up with fullboar. Those of you that want to go {and i know i can get a few} great. The rest of you can go see kurt or nate if your more comfortable. My feelings will not be hurt.
